When the station made a request for installing cameras, the company leaders conducted a study and immediately solved the problem, reducing the inspection workload of the station staff and cutting down on safety hazards.

Not long ago, the plant installed reverse osmosis water purification equipment in four remote well stations, and regularly spot-checked the water quality, so that employees can drink safe water. After the mine hospital of Tuyutuo Oil Production Plant was changed from a hospital to a station, the functions of the hospital were drastically reduced and it could not meet the demand of employees’ family members to see a doctor nearby. The plant took the initiative to negotiate with Jewel Flower Hospital of Liaohe Oilfield and added common chronic diseases treatment service, network remote consultation and major diseases referral for medical treatment in the mine medical station to facilitate employees’ family members to seek medical treatment.

There is no trivial matter for people’s livelihood. In view of the difficulties and troubles reflected by the grass-roots workers, Liaohe Oilfield adopts measures such as “small matters” to be done quickly and multi-departmental cooperation to ensure that livelihood issues are solved at the first time. The company also plays the role of auditing and discipline inspection supervision to urge all units to do the practical things well and good things effectively. “With the health station, it’s much more convenient for us to work and live in the peripheral basin!” The Naiman operation area where Wang Shiwei, an oil producer of Liaoxing Company, is located is more than 300 kilometers away from the oilfield headquarters, and it used to be extremely inconvenient for employees to seek medical treatment locally. After receiving the proposal from the staff representatives at the beginning of the year, the Party and group sections of LIAOXING Company completed the grassroots research and responded to the demands, and the operation planning section took the lead to hold several meetings on the funding plan of livelihood projects, followed by the active negotiation with LIAO YPC Jewel Flower Hospital on the provision of general practitioners and medicines, and the establishment of green channels for medical treatment in local hospitals above the county level to escort the health of the staff.
