As the nation celebrated the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, tens of thousands of employees in Changqing Oilfield held their posts and fought on the front line of production to ensure the safe production and stable supply of natural gas with practical actions.
Changqing oilfield is the largest natural gas production base and natural gas pipeline network hub in China, and is responsible for providing clean energy to more than 50 large and medium-sized cities. In order to guarantee the gas demand of downstream users during the National Day, Changqing Oilfield strictly follows the requirements of the Group’s epidemic prevention and control and production and operation, and issues relevant documents in advance about the duty management and safe and stable gas supply during the National Day. Each unit has strengthened the coordination of production organization and implementation of safety measures, enhanced the patrol of gas wells, pipelines and critical parts, revised and improved emergency response plans to ensure safe and stable production during the National Day.
All gas production plants in Changqing Oilfield have formulated gas supply plans and emergency plans, strictly implemented the system of leadership and 24-hour duty, increased the implementation of safety and environmental protection precautions and responsibilities in production sites, key parts and key links, and enhanced the foresight and initiative of production organization. The Sulig, Jingbian and Yulin gas fields take full advantage of digital management to strengthen the monitoring of key parameters at key nodes and implement round-the-clock monitoring of key gas wells and gathering pipeline systems to keep abreast of the production and operation status of gas wells, gathering stations, treatment plants and pipelines to ensure safe production and smooth gas supply.
In order to better cope with the upcoming peak supply period, each gas production plant in Changqing field verified the capacity of gas wells, mapped out the family background, prepared a plan to scientifically allocate production, selected a good peaking well to improve emergency response capacity, and ensured efficient and orderly gas supply. At the same time, fully exploit the potential of gas wells, for gas well low production and wellbore fluid accumulation, timely drainage gas extraction.
In order to ensure the normal operation of gas field production and life in this winter and next spring, Changqing oil field in advance to carry out various winter protection and insulation work, mapping and inspection, analysis and research, implementation of rectification and other work in place, piece by piece, to achieve the safety of equipment and pipelines through the winter.
